🚐 Meeting and Departure 8:00 AM
Our trip begins in Pereira, the guide and driver will pick you up at 8 AM in a private vehicle that will take us to the municipality of Santuario on a journey of approximately 1 hour.
🍳 Arrival at the Sanctuary and breakfast
Upon arriving at Santuario you will be able to appreciate the colonial architecture and the view as it is a town built at the top of the mountain. We will recharge our batteries with a delicious peasant breakfast at a local restaurant.
🚐 Arrival at Planes de San Rafael and bed assignment
When you arrive at the Planes de San Rafael refuge you will find different spaces that you can enjoy, the facilities have bathrooms, shared rooms, a living room with views of the mountain and the river is about 100 meters away.
🥗 Rest and Lunch
In the refuge you can take the opportunity to disconnect from electronic devices and enjoy the surroundings, read or meditate. After enjoying the spacious spaces of the refuge, we will delight ourselves with a delicious lunch and an incredible view.
⛰️ Start of the Hike to the Rain of Seeds Trail
After lunch we will take one of the internal trails of the reserve where you can sharpen your senses with the singing of many birds, we will end at the river where we can bathe or simply appreciate its beauty and then return to the refuge.
🍲 Rest and Dinner
Once again at the refuge you can shower, change and rest a little before dinner.
🔥Free time
After a delicious and well-deserved dinner, we will relax in the living room of the refuge to talk, play or if you wish, you can enjoy the starry sky.
Day 2: 🍳Breakfast at the refuge
When we wake up in the morning we will enjoy an energizing breakfast and prepare our and do our second trek
🚶♂️ Start of the Trek at the foot of Tatama
After receiving the guide's instructions for our second day, we will visit our second trail, it is a more demanding route that will take us into the dense forest to the entrance of the Tatama National Natural Park, there are places that seem straight out of fairy tales. fairies
🚶♂️ Return to the starting point of the trek and lunch
After contemplating the beauty of the Path at the Feet of Tatama, we will make our return to the Refuge where we will take a short break, have lunch and check out.

At the end of our lunch we will have the final reflections of our tour and thanks from the guide, and then return to our meeting point.
- Days before the walk, pay attention to your diet, do not consume alcohol or drugs and do not smoke.
- Carry identification document
- Perform a prior warm-up
- Carry a backpack to avoid carrying items in your hands, always have them available
- Constantly hydrate
- Do not drink alcoholic beverages or hallucinogenic drugs before and during the tour.
- Only ascend or walk as far as the guide suggests, following his instructions at all times.
- Do not extract any plant or animal species from the ecosystem.
- Return all trash to the city.
- Comfortable, quick-drying clothing for walking, avoid cotton and do not wear jeans.
